Meet Our Team

Steph Halper
Clinical Director
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I view therapy as an opportunity for personal growth and understanding while working towards making change. I strive to work collaboratively with clients to explore their needs and identify goals, which I see as being unique to each client. As your therapist, I aim to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to grow in your awareness of the patterns and systems in you life, as well as these may be affecting you. In doing so, I hope to support you in feeling empowered to make progress towards goals.

I have experience working with clients struggling with eating disorders and all co-occurring diagnoses across a variety of treatment settings. I have worked with clients of all ages with varying identities and personal goals. As your therapist, I would be honored to work alongside you as you explore yourself and work towards realizing your own unique goals.

Chris is experienced in traditional talk therapy and is able to see where limitations are within that framework; he utilizes art, writing, and will support clients through methods they believe will be most supportive. He is originally from upstate New York and moved to Oregon in 2021. Chris graduated with a Master of Social Work in 2023. He has worked in an intensive inpatient setting with all age ranges. Having worked in that setting, Chris is well-versed in emotionally intense situations and growing from such. He has since worked in a variety of mental health service jobs with those who have severe and persistent mental health issues.

He welcomes 2SLGBTQIA+ identifying clients, all ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and takes a person centered approach that has its roots in acceptance and commitment therapy.
